The six panels have color-coded dots for easy assembly, and assembles in under a minute.  The top, bottom, sides and back are made from ¼” high density polyethylene (HDPE). The front door and frame are constructed with 3/8” high density polyethylene (HDPE). Door hinge design uses a 1/8” type 316 – stainless steel continuous hinge pin and wear resistant nylon bushings.KBC's unique Spring bolt door latch is designed and manufactured by KBC kennels. It is made from extruded and machined aluminum.Extremely tough and durable, capable of enduring over 1000 lbs of force, yet can be disassembled for cleaning or repairs.
