Hold the garlic clove between your thumb and index finger with the root pointing up and the tip pointing down. Grate the garlic over the bottom of the dish (there is no difference between circular movements or back and forth). As the pulp forms, gather it in the middle of the dish with the help of the brush. Work from the outside to the inside, and as you do the pulp will form into a ball. Simply turn the dish upside down and all the pulp will fall out! ALSO GRATE DRY PRODUCTSGrate the dry product (chocolate, parmesan cheese, nuts, etc...) over the bottom of the dish, using circular movements or back and forth.
