36" Pro-Style French Door Gas Range: Natural Gas. The Precious Metals 36" range features two (2) 22,000 BTU burners, three (3) 18,000 BTU burner, and a 130° simmer burner. A truly unique feature, the dependent French doors allow for easy loading and unloading that restaurant chefs find essential. The Precious Metals range comes standard in one of six Precious Metals colors for the range, the body sides, the knobs, and the surrounding bezels. Infused Copper. Ginger Spice (includes stainless steel knobs). Statuary Bronze. Enchanted Silver. Matte Black. Enchanted Sand. (common stainless steel finish is also available). Because of its unique French door design, BlueStar offers other color options outside of the included Precious Metals colors. Jewel Tones include six bold, vibrant, high-volume colors. The vast library of RAL colors allow this gas range to match practically any kitchen's color scheme. You can send a sample to BlueStar to have the range's color match a sample that you provide.
